Team Praxis South

VMAC is an official affiliate of Team Praxis.  Praxis is a system of martial arts training that seeks to constantly evolve, finding as many useful – combat worthy – training drills as possible.  VMAC became an affiliate after invitation by Cam McHargue who is the top instructor of the Praxis system.

The invitation was extended after Cam conducted several seminars at VMAC.  VMAC and Team Praxis are both small martial arts schools that share a desire for high quality and effective training.  Both schools simply seek to help each other as much as possible for the betterment of all involved.
