Late Replacement: Chism Faces Another TUF Veteran
July 23, 2009 by Sensei
Atlanta GA — Brett Chism will face another The Ultimate Fighter Veteran tomorrow evening. He is now set to fight Cale Yarbrough.

Yarbrough stepped up when Kevin Brooks withdrew early this morning. Brooks was excused from the match by his medical doctor regarding a badly infected tick bite. According to Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission regulations, the promoter was allowed to make a substitution due to a medical disqualification which Yarbrough and Chism accepted.
The event will be held at Wild Bill’s nightclub in Atlanta. The show is on July 24 with fights beginning about 8:30. Chism made his professional debut at Wild Bill’s several years ago, scoring with a TKO coming by way of a headkick to Jeremy Stephens, and late knocking out another opponent.
Fans of Brett Chism and MMA in general can view the show via pay-per-view on the Internet. Just go to wildbillsfightnight.com and register. Registering early for the PPV will give the purchaser a 33% discount, putting the cost at $9.95.
