Grappling Seminar on Sunday

Cam McHargue will teach a seminar at Valdosta Martial Arts Center on Sunday, January 11. Cam is an accomplished grappler and World Champion mma fighter.

Cam is a World Champion.

The cost for the seminar for VMAC members is only $10. Cost for non-VMAC members is $25. The seminar

will begin around Noon and last until.
