Praxis MA Opens New Facility

January 4, 2009 by Sensei

Congratulations to Team Praxis on their new state-of-the-art facility.  VMAC’s Jujitsu coach, Cam McHargue partnered with investors to make his instruction more readily available to the public.

The new facility features a forest of heavy bags, a large padded grappling room, a large selection of free weights, and a cage.  Team Praxis members assisting with instruction include Lance Evans, Chris Calhoun, Mitchell and Sarah Gunnels.  Classes include Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Cardio/Strength Training, and Cardio Kickboxing.  Of course, the fight team will have their practice time as well.

Cam McHargue is the founder of Praxis Martial Arts.  Praxis is based on a series of practical exercises that seek to find and refine the best fight training drills possible.  He is a world champion MMA fighter.  Cam will teach a grappling seminar at VMAC next Sunday, January 11.

Check back on the website, www.valdostamac.com, for more details on the seminar.
