Scott HarperPro MMA fighter, Scott Harper, is throwing his hat into the promoter’s circle.  Scott is promoting an event in Douglas, Georgia, at a venue called the “Central Square Complex,” on March 17th.  We will be posting more information on this event as it becomes available.
